Abstract

The study was undertaken to review the online Realtor Real estate Online Portal's Efficiency and Acceptability on its component. It also evaluates the accuracy, speed, and user interface effectiveness and acceptability. For this study, there were seventeen (16) respondents, distributed as follows: ten (10) end users, two (2) likely users andfour (4) IT experts. The study found that some components of the Exponent Realtors Real-estate Online Portal were acceptable in terms of accuracy, speed, and user interface: Local Community Content, Active & Sold Listings, Mailing List, Inbound Links, ALT Tags on Images, Title Tags & Descriptions, and Lead CaptureForms. On the other hand, the Page Load Times, Homepage Contact Info, Blog Update, Unique Selling Proposal, Up to Date Testimonials, and Social Media components were gaining highly acceptable speed and accuracy and user interface acceptability. The result shows in the overall evaluation that the ERROP is gaining acceptable accuracy, speed, and user interface with mean values of 4.56, 4.58, and 4.57 respectively. Finally, it is recommended that the ERROP be maintained by Web developers and encoders in order to always update the integration of additional plugins and uploading of blogs, real estate properties and other information. Finally, the outcome will also serve as a basis for  improving the functionality and features of the Online Portal. It will also help the Company Owners to implement, maintain and update their existing customers and eventually invite more home buyers to create website traffic.
